WHAT IS A MINDFULNESS PRACTITIONER?
A Mindfulness Practitioner is trained in mindfulness-based practices, including meditation, guided imagery and relaxation techniques. They help clients employ these methods to manage chronic pain, cope with chronic illness, reduce stress, develop greater work/life balance, and participate more fully in their lives.
WHAT ARE YOUR FEES?
Stand-alone sessions are $90.00 for 75 minutes.
Fours Session Packs are 300.00. ($75.00 per 75 minute session.)
The greatest value is my 3 month package, which includes a weekly session (face-to-face or skype), and an optional weekly "check-in" for a total of 12 sessions plus up to 12 check-ins for $600.00 ($200.00 a month.)
My weekday schedule is currently fully committed. I am unable to accommodate new coaching clients at this time. Please book ahead to schedule weekend workshops and events. Feel free to contact me if you wish to be added to my waiting list, or if you would like to be added to my mailing list. I only send emails when I have a new event, class, or program to announce. I look forward to working with you in the future!
Wellness Coaching is profoundly different from therapy or counseling. The coaching process addresses specific personal projects, goals, transitions, and general conditions in the client's life, by examining what is going on right now, discovering what your obstacles or challenges might be, and choosing a course of action to lead a more fulfilling life.
You, the client, are the only expert in your entire life who truly knows who you are and what you need. You are the only expert who can recognize what is absolutely best for you. You will identify your needs and set goals to take the steps towards meeting them. I simply support you and coach you in the process. As your coach, I help you discover what your own personal "best" might be. I help you learn how to make choices that create and effective, balanced and fulfilling life. Our partnership will hold you accountable and help you to stay motivated to reach your goals.
