I work one on one with clients to establish and support a personal yoga and mindfulness practice that will meet your individual needs, focusing on your unique strengths and challenges. Together, we will set goals, measure progress, and make adjustments and modifications for an optimal experience.  I work with all ages and all bodies!  


I am trained in mindfulness-based practices, including meditation, guided imagery Yoga Nidra, and relaxation techniques. I am certified in Mindful Yin Yoga and have been trained in Life Force Yoga for Anxiety and Depression, Yoga for Special Populations, Advance Pranayama and Asana, Uniting Yoga and Ayurveda, Laughter Yoga, Health Rhythms, Drum Circle Facilitation, Sound Healing, Shamanism, QiGong, and more. I help clients employ these methods to manage mood, manage chronic pain, cope with illness, reduce stress and anxiety, develop greater work/life balance, and participate more fully in their lives.


Mindfulness is often the key to a happier, healthier life. I offer you the tools and techniques to achieve a balanced and fulfilling lifestyle, and strategies to assist you in recognizing and appreciating  the gifts you have in your life NOW.  We will work together to find what suits you and after several sessions, you will become well-versed at letting go of the things that you can't control, and handling issues whenever and wherever they arise.  Some of the modalities that we may use include:

Sessions in your own home -

Stand-alone sessions are $100.00 for 75 minutes. 

Four Session Packages are $360.00 

Eight Session Packages are 640.00 

Some additional fees may apply due to location and travel.  

Sessions at the James City County Recreation Center -

Stand alone sessions are $40 for a 60 minute session

Ten Session Packages are $350.00

Semi-Private (2 to 3 people) $20 each for a 60 minute session

Semi-Private 10 Session Packages are $180 each
